Kindergarten Parent Resources
Beginning of the School Year
In order to support a positive transition for our youngest learners, the first few days of Kindergarten look a little different than grades 1-5.
The first 3 days of school for Kindergarteners are reserved for WAKIDS. Each family, with their student, will have individual time to meet with their student's teacher. Teacher will provide schedules at the end of August.
To learn more about WAKIDS visit: Washington Kindergarten Inventory of Developing Skills (WaKIDS)
Kindergarten students will begin their regular schedule on Monday, September 8, 2025.
