Late Arrival & Early Pick Up
If you are dropping off your student after 9:30 a.m. or picking them up prior to the release time for that day, please follow the procedures below.
Late Arrival
When arriving after 9:30 a.m., students need to come to the office prior to heading to class so we can appropriately mark them for attendance.
Early Pickup
If you will need to pick up your child prior to the day's scheduled release, please let the office and their teacher know ahead of time in writing whenever posible.
When arriving to pick up your child, you should come to the office to sign out your child. At that time, we will call them down to the office and they will meet you there. We do not send parents to the classroom to pick up the child.
Change In After School Plans
If your student has a pre-arranged change from their normal method of getting home from school on any day, please fill out the Change in After School Plan form and send it with them to school.
If you have an unexpected change in plans, please call the Main Office at (425) 408-5100 as soon as possible to give verbal consent and so we can alert your student and their teacher.
Please remember that we are unable to release students to anyone that is not already on the approved list of people to send the child home with unless we have verbal consent from a parent/guardian, so this step is imperative.
Bus Pass
If the change in plans requires a change in bus, please fill out the Change in After School Plan form inorder for the office to issue a bus pass. The office staff will give your student the bus pass that will need to be given to the bus driver for the bus they will be riding home on that day.
Please note that no bus passes will be approved during the month September as Transportation assesses space needs.
